I don't use it too much since I don't listen to popular stuff so I don't really know too much. Since it would start to upload stuff right after d/ling them I would just move the mp3s from the blubster folder to another when a song finished d/ling.

From download.com:
Quote:
Blubster is a file-sharing network that uses a peer-to-peer network similar to Gnutella, with a new private protocol that works without a central server. Once your client program connects with another client, you can search and download MP3 files from the entire network of users. Blubster offers an easy-to-use interface enabling fast searches, resumable downloads, multisource downloads, chat and voice chat, an internal MP3 player, and more. Blubster facilitates an anonymous community and does not compile, store, or otherwise retain data about users, searches, or files. Blubster 2.5 supports the Ogg Vorbis file format. Other new features include a decentralized buddy list, integrated chat, auto-resume, and file queuing.

EarthStation5.

It sounds odd, it's a little quirky, but the upside is that it's impossible to tell from whom you're downloading. Which means the RIAA can't either. Supposedly, anyway.

I can't count the reasons why the RIAA can't track you, but their website does. It sounds fairly legit, and it's fast downloading (especially at my university where Kazaa bandwidth is severely limited).

Either search google for the program or go to that ZeroPaid website that Null posted. It's not in the major lists at ZeroPaid, but I searched for it and found it.

btw, i think they said they took it out, (or they just hid it better) but EarthStation5 was proven to have some kind of backdoor in it that let the ppl who made it go in and delete what they wanted in your folder.

just FYI, this was a few months ago
