in theory, superman could run right by faster then a bullet, and knock out batman. or could stand buildings away and use lazer beam eyes. Or go back in time to when batman was a kid and kill him before then. etc. etc. etc.


problem is..... Superman is a FREAKIN MORON. what it would end up being is batman holds out some green rock and superman would be like ooooo and walk up to see it.

How is batman cooler, you ask? Well, he is cooler in many ways.

1. He is a genious.

2. He is the dark knight. This is probably one of the coolest things about him. He is the "bad" superhero. For example, when an enemy is dangeling from a bridge about to fall to their deaths, most hero's would reach down and lift them up, saying something like "I wont stoop to your level", but Batman is a "bad" hero, and in his quest for vengeance, he would just let them fall. Thats really cool.

3. He has a cool black suit and nice gadgets. Not to mention an awesome car. Does superman have an awesome car? Dont think so.

4. And finally, the batcave. The Batcave kicks ass. Does superman have a batcave? Nope.

his costume was made by his "grandmother"

and he has "powers"

Teh only reason i like batman instead of superman is: because batman is not considered the "All-American Hero" with a disguise that could "fool" everyone.

And besides batman has no powers for himself. so thats where the gadgets come in and what not.

I like Batman as much as the net guy, but some of this points are a tad off/biase.

1)Batman isn't a genius, he's a detective. He uses his knowledge to analyze the situation and come across the best course of action. He isn't super smart, he just takes his time to research.

2)Batman wouldn't actually let them fall, he would threaten them, but he wouldn't let them fall. Even though he is in a quest for vengeance, he does share one rule with superma and that is no intentional killings. I mean think about it Joker has murdered millions including thesecond Robin and crippled Batgirl, but Batman has never killed him, when he could have easily done it on numerous occassions.

3) Superman can fly, Batman can't. Superman can run faster than a speeding bullet, Batman can't. It's illogical for Superman to need all those fancy gadgets. Even though he has been known to come up with some things from a time or two. The Batmobile is a sweet ride, but is needed cause Batman has no faster means of transportion.

4)Superman doesn't have a Batcave, but he does have the Fortress of Solitude, which for all intents and purposes serve the same person, makes them get away from the world.

I pick superman because batman may have fancy thinking power but superman can still just throw a car at him and bamn the bat is dead.

I read somewhere that Superman said himself that Batman would win... Batman isn't a super-genius, but he is very smart and able to adapt to different situations and enemies and such.

He'd find a way to win.
