no he wasnt thinking. and obviously didnt mean to break his neck. and better believe feels bad about it.

problem is it happened. he did it. and deserves punishment. he lost control of himself and bad things happen.

its really the extent of the injery as to what the penalies are. bertuzzi prolly woulda only gotten a couple if moore wasnt very injured.
