You can get back into LB shape. Right now I'd consider myself "out of football shape"...I'm 6'3, tipping the scales at 264lbs, and I've recently been clocked at an average of 5.15 on the 40. And I'm used as an almost-purely blocking TE and defensive end (cause I can hold up a double team like a mofo
