lol... give him a break, he wrote that reply in a matter of seconds. He does need to think before he types, but going that fast is impressive

Re: GameTavern's Athletes
Right now I'm not doing much except trying to gain lots of weight but I play basketball, thats my life. I play every position when we are playing for fun but I'm PF/C on the school team. Only 5'10" and I grab rim easily, cant wait to dunk next year .
Last year I was training to run the LA Marathon but a knee injury stopped me two months before the run so I'll be training again in my Junior year.
Oh, I also play football down on the blacktop during lunch at school and my brother, who plays Football, keeps on asking me to join next year. I wont because that would take up way to much time and I'd rather focus on Bball.

Re: GameTavern's Athletes
you're 5'10" are you're gonna be able to dunk next year? wow man...mad hops. MAD hops.
you play PF/C? how old are you? I wish the PFs I've played against were 5'10...I would destroy them in the post. But most guys are like 6'2-6'5

Re: GameTavern's Athletes
I played Power Forward for my school team this year. I averaged about 4 points a game, 2 blocks, and like 6 rebounds. Not bad for myself, considering I didn't take it too seriously, lol.
I'm 6'3, 240 pounds. I would get many offensive fouls, haha.

I wonder who would win one on one....
Joeiss vs. Perfect Stu
I have the weight advantage, but you should have the slight vertical advantage. It'll all come down to old-school SKILL

Re: GameTavern's Athletes
Let's do it man... There is a nice court near my house, but the nets are only 9 feet... Which is cool for goofing off and throwing down huge dunks.
The only thing with me is how serious I get.... Because if I just take it lightly, you'll kill me. But if I get my game face on (which is hard for me to do), then it would be really good.

Re: GameTavern's Athletes
Joe,
I'll try to get some buddies together to play a game. I'll let you know via AIM or through PM if anything goes down.
Better start practicing

Not even 15 and a half
But yeah, my team was the smallest in our league. So many good players in school who dont want to play for the school team..it's a shame.
