I agree with South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut, Baseketball, Half-Baked, O Brother Where Art Thou? Zoolander, The Life of Brian, and Office Space. All of those are great comedic movies.
However, Pulp Fiction may be funny, but I wouldn't classify it as a comedy, same with Fight Club, Adaptation, Blue Velvet, Secretary, Donnie Darko and Trainspotting. I'd classify those movies as more action/drama more than anything else. The Royal Tenenbaums and Rushmore are one of those mixed bags of drama/comedy, a dramedy if you will...
Anyway, some other of my favorite comedic movies:
Wet Hot American Summer, Gremlins 2, Groundhog Day, Dumb and Dumber, Billy Madison, Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, Dr. Strangelove and Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie. Oh yeah, pretty much any Woody Allen movie too.

Re: Favorite comedic films?
Fight Club?? Awesome movie, but no comedy.
Anyways right now, any movies with Stiffler (the actor) in it gets my vote.
