I love quiche too, but the red hot spicy kind. Some people dont make them like that but I like to put some hot sauce or, Cayanne Pepper powder onto it.

well i was being sarcastic.... but it can be home made. i would refer to gourmet as anything out of the ordinary and little bit higher class than say hotdogs and pizza. some examples from my list would include:
quiche
fondue
escargot
pate
caviar
filet mignon
fine cheeses
any meal made with wine sauce
cornish hens
duck
