Yeah, you could always join a fraternity if you're into that sort of thing. I would just befriend some guy/girl in my dorm or your roomate and coerce him/her into asking you to spend the break with them and their family.

this year: I got internet on my PC.

Well you could always see if your neighbors have a wireless LAN. If they have no security on it, just get a wireless card and pick up free broadband service
