Finally got wisdom teeth out

umm...how do you know when it's time to get your wisdom teeth out? and why have them ripped out rather than let them fall out on their own?

As long as they don't bother you, you can keep them. Right?

The way I can feel it with my tongue, there's room enough for my wisdom teeth... 2 are almost at full size, the 2 lower ones still have to come through.

my wisdome teeth should have come out a long time ago. but i haven't been able to do it yet. they hurt sometimes. i can't wait until they're gone

Not necessarily, mine didn't hurt but I would have developed problems later in life.
