Re: Glenn Dale Hospital adventure (Lots of words, but lots of pictures too)
Well my friend is sending me pictures of our adventure... And you guys might have heard of the orbs that are supposed to be spirits, right? Cameras and such have picked up orbs in areas that are supposed to be haunted and such... And video cameras pick up little balls of light zooming around every which way...
Well...

Haha a great story. Very moody place.
The little balls of light only appear when you use your flash, right? That's a reflection of the light, could be cause by raindrops but perhaps by dust or something.
I actually made a picture like that myself...... (see attachment)
I've also breathed asbestos 5 years ago. It seems that it's not dangerous unless you work with it every week or something. 1 load won't cause any cancer.... they say.
Edit: Dude, I was born in Europe. Do you homework.

I'm glad you got a laugh out of it.Perhaps. Have you ever been to Europe?
I have never heard about The little balls of light only appear when you use your flash right.Or something. When is rolleyes that not a reflection of the light could be cause by raindrops but perhaps by dust?
I like to make things too.I see. That was before I was born.Or something. First I have to ask my botmaster. One what?Who does "they" refer to?

Eh I dunno... That wasn't a reflective surface, and if it was dust I think there'd be a looot more lights than that one (the place was filled with nasty ass dust)...
But I dunno... I'm kinda teetering on the edge of what to think about that whole ball of light deal, because there's been video footage of cameras that were just left in various "haunted" places, and they pick up these lights just zooming around and making such quick turns and everything that it rules out some sort of insect or dust particle, yet at the same time the whole idea of spirits sounds kinda silly to me...

Re: Glenn Dale Hospital adventure (Lots of words, but lots of pictures too)
One time my friends and I found this photo envelope...curious as I was, I took a peek at a few of the pictures. That's when I noticed that was the scariest sh*t I've ever seen in my life. They looked like something straight out of Silent Hill...EXCEPT everything was real life. I remember seeing a baby that looked like a demon...it was all dark and stuff, grainy.
I wish I was joking

Trust me on this man, those orbs are NOT ghosts. Just reflections of light. I get them all the time on my digital camera. They are VERY common in digital camera's, I even read a whole article on how those things are mistaken for ghosts all the time. If I wasnt so lazy Id actually find the article...maybe I will later on.
But that place looks awsome, looks just like something out of silent hill.

Woah, that place looks amazing. Really scary, too. The room with all the books/magazines on the ground looks awesome. That must have been fun going then.. I probably wouldn't have, lol.

Re: Glenn Dale Hospital adventure (Lots of words, but lots of pictures too)
You can see that in your picture it's rain but in his it's not rain not reflective huh ? and I agree with GM get lots of shots and start either making a blairwitch thing for us GT people to watch or if your good at programming make a short and scary game that would r0x.. but +rep for the pics just lookin at them is kinda spooky.. which brings up does anyone remember that show on MTV where they tried to scare people by making them do missions in old abandoned hospitals and such where very evil people died ?

Why are people so afraid of ghosts?
They can't really do anything...unless they're poltergeists.

Re: Glenn Dale Hospital adventure (Lots of words, but lots of pictures too)
True but how do you tell the diffrence when they are right infront of you and who says that ghost themselves can't hurt you. I mean what if we got it wrong and it's polterguiests that won't hurt you.. Bah!!! it's a paradox I tell you ..

Heh, I once went through an abandoned house near my grandma's house. It was on fire before.
I saw a family of snails. That was the most interesting thing there unfortunately.

No one knows exactly what a ghost can do. I guess I believe a spirit can be vengeful if the person died with strong emotion. Some can hold a grudge and take it out on the living. And in rare cases, some can possess those with weak will. That's just from reading, though. No one knows what they can do.
