Null hit the nail on the Head. Ive seen too many problems installing SP2. The biggest problems Ive seen is the AV that they have on it. In some cases if you have norton and install the new SP2 it turns off norton and forces you to use the AV/FW on SP2.

SP2 has no AV what so ever. It has a Firewall and a way of checking if you have AV or not. It doesen't override anything. It actually shuts the built in Firewall if it detects the one you have.
Norton Antivirus is kind of old. It's been around for so long, that new viruses start finding ways around it and fool it. I've seen it on my own computer.

Re: Service Pack 2
Hm.... now that I think of it, my PC HAS crashed a lot since I installed it.
Somehow the ctrl+alt+del doesn't work.
Attached is a screenshot of what I can get. I have to shut down the shut-down-window.
I'm going to format soon anyway.

I used to get that alot, back when my computer was constantly gang-banged by viruses.

I installed it. Have had only minor problems with games and stuff, easily fixed. Other than that, it has run perfectly. I'm sure it would be easier to manage if you installed it right with a fresh windows install.
