If not, Josh's house it is!

Sweet...let the fighting and gaming begin. Further matters of the overnight fightgame fest will be discussed on LiveJournal.

I also just want it to be known that I purchased Marvel vs. Capcom 2 from the friend I borrowed it off of (for a mere 20 dollars! It was 35 at EB!!!) It's one of my favorite fighting games ever...right up there with Guilty Gear. This brings my fighting game collection up to:

Dragon Ball Z Budokai
Bloody Roar Primal Fury
Super Smash Bros. Melee
Clayfighter 63 1/3
Super Smash Bros.
Guilty Gear XX
Street Figther Anniversary Collection
Marvel vs. Capcom 2
Virtua Fighter 4: Evo

I just have a few questions to ask you other fighting game fanatics:

1. Which King of Fighters game is hailed as the "best ever"?

2. Is anyone planning on getting Maximum Impact or Tekken 5?

3. Anyone have Mortal Kombat Deception yet, and want to comment on it?

4. Are any of you other than Moogle into them enough to participate in a "combo & philosophy" thread? ...Invariably all about Combo's and the entire philosophy behind each fighting game series. Laymen terms: talk about how to do different combo's, new ones discovered, infinite loops, seminfinite, timing, and the moste useful thereof. Also discuss the theory behind how each series is meant to be played.

Ok I just got Guilty Gear Isuka in the mail today, which I had no idea I was getting... So anyway I have no idea how to play this game properly, and right now I suck a tremendous amount of ass. Hard for me to really get a good grasp for the game when I can barely play it. lol I must sound pathetic, but I haven't played any 2D fighters in years. Any tips would be welcome, good characters to use, etc...

btw, this is not usually a game that I keep, so if anyone wants a really really cheap copy of this game, lets talk deal.
