I've never come across a teacher that I would feel safe proposing this idea to. I guess it's a good thing because it seems like they all get caught. Unless a willing teacher comes about in college, I guess I'll just have to reserve my hopes for a coworker in an office once I'm done with school.

The boy, now 16, told radio station 3AW today that he last spoke to his mother ``a couple of months ago'' and tried to make peace with her.

``I've asked to move back home and she said no ... so there's not much more I can do, mate. It's not my decision,'' he said.

Ellis was not solely responsible for the affair, the boy said.

``Everyone's saying I've got no brains and can't think for myself,'' he said.

Ellis had lost her job, almost lost her marriage, damaged her family and was listed as a sexual offender, he said.

If the boy had been seriously scarred or something like that, then the teacher would have been seriously hosed. In this case however, it seems like the younger party was initiating all the sexual stuff. So, I can't blaim them going easier on her.
