Sorry to take so long getting back to this, but I'm 6'0 and 250 lbs. And yes, I played football for 10 years playing Tackle, D-Tackle and Center. I also wrestled, played rugby in college after I blew out my knee and I currently do light weightlifting (not heavy anymore due to numerous injuries over the years) and study an obscure martial art known as Catch Wrestling to keep myself in a little bit of shape. It also helps with my bouncing job
