In depends on which state you live in. You're a Texas man right? Well you gotta check prices on available business licenses in the state of Texas.

Your state will determine the cost and availability (just having money won't get you a license). In some cases a license for a small business can range from $100-$1000, but it really depends on your place of residence (ie. where the business will be established and primarily maintained). Also like I said you can't always just get one by having the money to pay for it, sometimes you're required to meet certain standards. Your age, employment, income, things like that, all come into play (though again it differs depending on where you live).

It could very well be a simple $100 down for you, but I wouldn't know what the state of Texas offers. You'll have to find a website that deals with these things and check it out further.
