MGS4, GT5, GTA(new one), Dark Sector, and Quake.... that sounds more like a launch to me.

No.

Konami won't release MGS4 until a few months after launch, you can bet your ass on that... it won't be ready for launch. They take their time with that series. I wouldn't be surprised by GT5 though.
