• master chief meets old spartans from reach
• spartan army dispatches covie army
• spartan army goes to covie home world and blows the **** up outta it

I know that the Spartans were killed when Reach was attacked, but what is stopping the UNSC from making more Spartans?

not all the spartans were killed. There are spartan 1.0s that are alive, and i guess john 117 is the only 2.0 that survived.

eitherway, make more spartans!
