The Reputation System Needs to Change

One question...What exactly determines privileges at this point? Do you just remain in whatever group you were in before? What about the people who were just about to reach 3000 points and get more rights (hypothetically speaking, this doesn't personally affect me)...

You should still retain all the privileges you once had. If you run into problems post them here and I'll look into them.
