You need to add videos to your library, just like a song. If you already had videos, it should already be in there.

You need to check the system requirements before you download the world's #1 computer music player. Maybe your computer can't handle the video.

There's something wrong if my computer can't handle videos from iTunes o_O

Did you update to QuickTime 7.0.3? My videos played from the moment I installed, but that message did pop-up.
