Ok, I'm buying MK for sure, but I'm not sure what to get to get online.

I heard about 2 things. A compatible router and that Nintendo USB thingy wich transform a USB port on a connected computer into a wifi hot point.

Which is better?

Either one is good but one is pretty much cheaper - although it's only available online right now. That's the Nintendo Dongle.

The problem with just going out and buying the cheapest router is that it might not work well. Check http://www.nintendowifi.com for more details and a list of routers that are compatible.

Ah, id love to give you mine right now, but I still havent purchased the game. With any luck I'll have it tomorrow evening, and I will share my friends code as soon as possible.

Oh and Nitram, I bought a Linksys BEFW11S4 several months ago. After rebates it ended up being like 10 bucks. Sure its not wireless G, but its wireless B, and thats all that you need for the DS anyways, it was a breeze to set up, and its 5 star recommended according to Nintendo. I guess we will see for sure how well it works as soon as I purchase the game, which should be tomorrow.

I use that router. I just had to change my WEP Key from 64bit to 128bit. But after that worked like a charm.

problem: my wireless router works for every other wireless device, psp, computer, laptop... but no workie for the DS.... what gives??????
