Ok, well, I am slightly pissed.
I'm going through the game again...Round 2, Mafia suit and such. But the point where you get the boat to fight the lake monster....there is no boat! And I am pissed off.

Did you go to the viewpoint to see them throw the officer in (instead of hanging a sharp right, right after the door)? I'm doing another round too and the boat was there after the guys drove back from the middle of the lake. |

Well if you were still missing it you could have also checked at the merchant's store right beside the first El Gigante. Memory serves that you drove the boat in there after you had finished with the stuff across the lake and docked it right beside his port store.
