I didn't find looking for the pieces bad. Got to find other islands that way. Don't see why everyone complains about it. Overall found it more fun than Oot. *shrug*

I too, didn't have much issue with collecting the Triforce (then again, I was playing with the GBA linked with Tingle assistance).

I liked both fairly equally. Windwaker was a far superior game in every way, but OoT was the first big cinematic 3D game I ever played so it has that special place in my heart

TWW had under-Zelda-standards puzzles, boring items and a sometimes very annoying interface (not being able to B-speed through conversations was terrible). The rope comes to mind.... the 2-second animation was just too long.

If you're going to complain about a 2-second animation being too long...well then...I shall disregard all those funny words before that.

It's just one of the many annoying things in the game. Opening a chest with a music as if it were the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.... just to get 5 rupees.

When you're a little elf boy trying to rescue your sister from an evil (maybe) double-katana-wielding sorcerer every little bit helps.

I gotta say, the amount of temples in OoT was the selling point for me over Wind Waker. Wind Waker was a breeze, no joke, I beat it without flinching. Ocarina of Time was hard...I spent so long on the stupid Water Temple.
