Ah Italy beat Australia. I'm happy, but sad. I've always gone for Italy, so I sorta wanted them to win a bit more, but meh.
Was an ok game, Italy should have put the goal in the net early on, but Aussie keeper was good to save. Buffon is all class!
1 man down and still win, that's pretty good.

Kinda pulling for the Aussies there just because they were underdogs and seemed to be a better team for the parts of the match I saw. Shame it had to end on a PK like that, but it may have gone to penalties anyway...Oh well.

The ref was ****house.
Firstly Italy should have got a yellow, not red.
Secondly, that wasn't a penalty
So both teams got screwed over. Welcome to world cup. Also italy got screwed over big time against s korea back in 02 world cup, and so did spain. It was as if the ref's paived the way for the koreans
