Okay Crash, so far I know that 12 is by John Williams, and that it's somewhat happy. First of all..is it on this list?
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0002354/ Secondly..since you said happy thoughts, I was thinking hmm..maybe it's a Disney movie..but I don't see any unless Hook is a Disney movie, but I was never sure if it was, because isn't it basically the same story as Peter Pan, and if so wouldn't they just call it that? None of the music from Hook sounds like the sample you have though.. The only other happy kids movie that I really see is Harry Potter, but that's not always happy, and that sample is definitely not from the Harry Potter series. I'm getting so sick of imdb and amazon..
