Oh man, hot. Too bad I never got a chance to work for the Mario Strikers guys, because they're right downtown here.

Re: New Wii Games Announced + More
Yea, I agree sonics feet dont look right when hes running. Its almost like his feet dont speed up according to the action on screen. I mean on the Dreamcast sonics, when sonic got moving, it looked like his feet were going at like 100 mph, really quick.
Id even like to see his feet just totally blur up into a spiral like the 2d Sonics!

So I guess that means the game's advertising slogan will be, "BWiing It On."

Re: New Wii Games Announced + More
I was gonna make a new Madden Wii thread but since Crash already posted the pics.

This is a walk throu of how the game works. And I must say I am actually liking how it seems to work.
Maybe enough to pick up the game, we shall see.

I saw that earlier today, and I agree -- I'm liking it, too.
But I think if you've never liked football games before, I wouldn't expect this one to win you over. Once you get past the newness of it, of using physical motions to do what buttons did before, it will still be the same gameplay at the core. Like someone said after seeing that video, "I've never been able to play Madden for more than ten minutes without suffering crippling boredom, but this one looks like it could last an hour or so."
However, for me personally, I think this game will coincide nicely with my new interest in following football, so I'll probably pick it up.

I'm more bothered by 'Secret of the Rings' than I am Sonic's feet animation. Looks pretty cool though.

The thing I find funny about Madden is that it seems to totally go against Nintendo's original little strategy... "Controllers these days have gotten so complicated with so many buttons, it can be intimidating for the the everyday Joe", yeah, now instead you have a bunch of motions and stuff to memorize to the extent that they even include "how to" demos in-game...
Which is especially odd since Madden is like the biggest "average Joe" kind of game...
But eh...
