That first big horse fight had me breathless. My dad walked into the room, and even he stopped and sat down and watched the battle. I'm going to remember that moment for a long time.

I'm diggin' the sword controls. I really like that you can run and swing your sword at the same time, so cutting grass for goodies becomes less of a chore.

At first I thought the movement you had to make just to unsheath your sword didn't really... feel right I guess I'd say. I mean, you shake your hand, and Link pulls the sword out from the sheath on his back. Not 1-to-1 of course, but not exactly gesture-based either.

But then I realized, duh, I could make that gesture. And so I've come to pretend as if I am unsheathing my sword from my back. Yeah, it's silly, but it does help me draw myself in to the game all the more.

I find the slingshot and boomerang aiming to be a cinch.
