Yea, but it was enjoyable. I also saw Live free or die hard about a week ago, and I had low expections, but it was decent actually.
American Beauty is an amazing movie, one of my favorites.
I rented The Fountain because a few people told me it was good. I have yet to watch it.
I'd never seen a Die Hard movie (all the way through) before Live Free or Die Hard, and I thought it was leaps and bounds better than Transformers... Still rather over-the-top, but in a way that's actually entertaining as opposed to completely unsatisfying and hollow...
I watched Black Snake Moan last night... Which was just strange and never really went anywhere...
Aaaand I watched Harold and Maude, which went somewhere strange... *strokes chin*

Re: Last movies you saw
Some what watched a terrible Canadian low budget teen comedy called PIGS.
Dear god it was bad. It didn't know what it was doing. There was one part where the main character(I think) had realized he had been a dick and for the movie to show that he was a nice guy now it had him reading to old people

Don't leave us in the dark, what did you think of Iron Man and the Hulk.
Interested in Iron man especially since tried to get you to see over the summer.

well, i thought the new hulk was pretty cool, i mean it's the hulk, what wasn't made in this movie, that was made in the one a few years ago?
and Iron Man was pretty good. i loved the way it showed him messing around with the suit; plus, iron man has always been one of my favorites.
Saw a sneak of Slumdog Millionaire a couple nights ago
HIGHLY recommend that anyone who is a fan of Danny Boyle (Director of Trainspotting, Sunshine, 28 Days Later, the Beach) or of movies filmed in a style similar to City of God (chronicles different periods of the casts life) check this film out.
Moments of laughter, action, romance, and incredibly suspenseful throughout.
