That's why GTA:SA was the only one banned from game shelves, and you can still find Vice City and GTA3 for Ps2/PC easilly!!! How dare rockstar give a black man some power!!!

Oh wait, nevermind.. that was because insane violence and bad language is more acceptable than sex in America.

it was banned because it might give blacks the idea to fight back and start shooting white people.
