While I'm not surprised gekko despises the game, I do feel like the only other person in the world that doesn't go ga-ga for Smash games.

God, I cant wait to exchange friend codes with you guys. Someone must make a thread exclusivley for Smash Bros friend codes...

I would do it but im going to be skiing in Colorado from March 8th to the 12th so I probably wont be able to get my copy until the 13th. I fully expect you all to have it by then and allready be battling each other. Its going to be awsome.

I heard from 1up or Gamespot, that Sonic seemed to be the strongest char.

Hmm.....I can't wait to play, I will treat this as a typical fighter.....try all chars, learn strengths/weaknesses, then concentrate on 1

Will that work on his Wii though? I didnt think the Wii was region-free...

It won't and it isn't. You would require either a Freeloader (not sure if a PAL version is available yet, as the US version just started shipping) or a modchip in order to play games from another region.

Hehe I don't have a modded or American Wii, so I'll wait for the PAL launch. Just give us a launch date.
