I've torn two ligaments in my right ankle. Badly. I'm still kinda recovering, and it happened 7 months ago.
I've blown out my knee. The knee cap was knocked out of position, and wasn't alligned with my cartalidge. Couldn't walk for about 3 weeks.
I've pulled lower back muscles very badly. 4 months of physio.
But no broken bones.
I've only broken other peoples' bones. Jaw and an arm. One was a fluke, the other was self defense. I'm a lover, not a fighter
