I would like to add Microsoft's OOO so slow service of your console.

My 360 has been in the shop for almost 3 weeks now and out of commission even longer than that. I haven't had any problems with my Wii but I have heard stories of Nintendo getting it back to people within the same week.

And I mean the RRoD isn't a rare occurrence. At this point, MS should be able to deal with it a lot more efficiently.

agreed. This whole thing is completely unacceptable, But ill be darned if i could find a better gaming library.
