I heard that was in the last Hulk game they made. Making boxing gloves out of a parked car

It was! I had that game for Gamecube. It was pretty fun. You could grab tanks by their shooting pole and spin them around a couple times before hurling them. You could also jump in the air and grab helicopters and then kind of body slam them into the ground.

The last game was pretty damn fun.
