I say we leave this up to the Canadian Coalition to work out amongst themselves.
Kn (as he likes to drop vowels) should have never made the bet if didn't intend to eat the cones. If Combine finds a reasonable time has passed, I think it is only fitting that the bet gets added on to.
I say we make a decree if Kn doesn't eat cone by friday that the cone count goes up by 1 every 2 days!
