No u! If they hated us then they would have just left the broken update up. Instead they took it down and are now actively searching for a solution. See, unlike Microsoft, it doesn't take Sony 2 years to realize they screwed up.

PS3 owners will obviously never get a free game out of anything. Sony DOES hate its customers.
