“The Bro Code” was featured in a Season 3 episode of the CBS show titled “The Goat.” It was a list compiled by Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) of all the things a true male friend – a bro – should or should never do to his pals (see below right for a "Bro Code" excerpt from "The Goat"). Fans of the show will recall that Barney himself violated one of the most sacred tenets of the Bro Code, leading to a serious falling-out between him and his best bro Ted.
