It has been
pretty much since it came out, though it's been slowly losing ground (down to 9.2 from 9.5)...
The IMDB top 250 is pretty silly though... A nice list to browse for good movie recommendations, but I wouldn't take their placement very seriously... There's too much hype and drama.
