Got the no healing achievement the other night. I was actually surprised since I used a few pain pills, but they don't seem to matter.

Since its not like permanent health ( dissipates over time) i dont think it counts

Still think best achievement I have gotten is the head shotting the witch one. Easy if you know what to do but yeah
