Just giving this a bump because I caught up with The Walking Dead once again, and at some point you realize the pattern.
They find happiness, it is short lived, we kill off some characters, but damnit if they don't keep fooling you into thinking this is the time.
Also for original intentions of the this thread, I read Final Crisis and RIP and I enjoyed them well enough now my attention turns to Battle for the Cowl, Blackest Night and the Messiah sequel.
