RIP Ted Kennedy...?

Has anybody actually looked closely (an exaggeration) at the picture and it's caption?
I mean, besides Manasecret?

I'm the last person in the world to give two shits about Ted Kennedy.

If I recall correctly, the day he was diagnosed with a brain tumor I had a bit of a mental breakdown...
Despite my broken mental state, I was able to (attempt to) justify my uncontrollable emotions to my boss with "I'm just so upset about 'Teddy's Tumor'!" (My new band name, by the way... Copyright)...

A year later and I have a picture of Elmo lying on his back, holding Ted Kennedy's head in his left (or is it right) hand attached to my prestigious cash register.
I'm told it's bad karma to make fun of the dead... Boooogidy!

The caption with Vick in it was the first thing I noticed. I wonder who planned out the front page of that paper.
