So I'm on my second playthrough of the game there are a lot of things that should be changed but I was overall impressed with the effort.

I got today and was playing a bit with Swan and Combine.
So far a pretty cool game, though some weapons are useless.

Combat Rifle is terribly useless as well as machine gun for the most part.

Aren't those the same thing? Or by machine gun do you mean SMG?

And yeah, I was wondering about this...I thought maybe I just wasn't finding good rifles or something.

I actually use SMGs.. think level 5 proficiency in them as well.

Sure you unload clips into people, but you get the job done!

Actually was able to pick this up today. Now we can all play!
