It's really interesting though, a lot of people say PD made them nauseous, but it was one of the few FPSs in that time that I had no trouble playing.

Weird.
I think, for me anyhow, it dealt more with the fact that the game just wasn't fluid. Often times the framerate would hover somewhere around 10 FPS which just makes a jerky and laggy looking experience.

Hm, maybe the European version had a better framerate. Must have been the lack of cheese everywhere.
It never made me nauseous either.
