@Teuthida: I was thinking the Master, but he seemed a little bit too dark for something a silly as a Batman/Doctor Who crossover, but its not like it couldnt work.

My personal preference would be DickBats and the Matt Smith Doctor, if only to see Damian pick on the Doctor's fashion sense and use of hot female companions. And knowing Dick he'd probably try and hit on Amy, he tried hitting on Batwoman after all.
