Facebook is still in use? I thought by now everyone would have moved onto the next big thing. HeadTome, FriendBrochure, AssNovella or something.

I'm pretty sure facebook is here to stay based on the retarded level of convenience.

"What? You're still calling people with telephones? Not me. I'll walk down to my friends instead. I'll wait until this whole telephone fad blows over."

Except telephones serve a purpose.

"Quick! Call 911! Doug has alcohol poisoning!"

"Quick! Get on Facebook and take a look at those photos of from last weekend when Doug drank that gallon of tequila and tag the hell out of them!"

Facebook has plenty of purpose. It just has loads of crap with it, as do phones.

Facebook is as involved as you want it to be. For me it is a huge time saver. I don't need to even e-mail photos of my baby to friends and family, I just post them to my page and let them come and see them. They ask: "Where are the pictures?" I answer: "Facebook" and thats that.

Its also replaced email for most of my friends. Now email is just for work, and we all keep tabs on each other with Facebook. This is especially helpful as I've gotten more and more responsibility and less time to meet-up with friends.
