Super soldier serum is a well known antidiarrheal. But, I think he looks the part. Much more so than most other actors portraying superheroes. Reynolds looks nothing like Hal Jordon. Hugh Jackman is a foot taller than Wolverine is suppose to be. Etc Etc.

He has a pretty generic Mid-American-middle-class-white-collar-top-notch-student-star-quarterback look to him.
