They should have kept in in WWII. defs disappointed with that. or did they? i cant tell. those guys in the background looks stupid.

Still WWII. Those are Hydra agents I believe. Red Skull is Hitler's right hand man but also the head of the terrorist cell Hydra. I know in the recent toon they got rid of Nazis altogether and had Hydra stand in for them.
