Is the PS Store up yet so we can claim these games? It is not up for me. I just wanted to know if it'll go up in some areas first or if it's still not restored.

I imagine the PS Store is still down while they figure the logistics of everyone downloading these games. I also imagine their trying to ascertain what will be available during this free PS+ period.
