No moderation = shut down forum?

Ok, now the bots are starting to link to some really really sick crap (judging by the urls). Is there only 1 mod for this forum???

There aren't really "mods"

I mean Typhoid and I have the power, but that's the extent of it.

If Typh's availability is like yours, are you the best choice for moderators? No insult intended, but if we're going to maintain a forum the moderators should be accessing the forums at least once a day.

Is there a reason why we all couldn't be "mods." The only thing I can think of that really requires moderation in such a small, insular group is deleting spam posts, so... Why not just give that ability to everyone so we can just delete those posts as they come?

Honestly, because no one has been able to give mod powers in like a year and a half.
