I think that's true. Like with OoT, I had no idea what to expect. But now with Celda, the surprise factor is gone.
And no, there hasn't been released a 'magic' game on the GC. Closest one was Rogue Leader, but even that one isn't as cool as the original.
Let's just wait for ED and SFA.
EDIT: I think GM's post is worth some doubloons.
