Ok.. here are the grades I got on my final exams:
English: 91
Science: 80
Spanish: 100 [Didn't have to take]
Word Processing: 92
ROTC: 100 [Didn't have to take]
Physical Education: 88 [ ]
Math: Ehh.. 60 something.
So the only one I failed was my Math.. but I'll get over it. I only have 1 more year of math left in High School, then I am all done.

Then History on Thursday and Math on Friday. Then it is all MOH : Frontline from there!

They encourage you to take 4 years of Math though... and Colleges like to see that on your application. Even though you only have one more year, I highly suggest that you take 4

Failing is a 64 or below at Pinkerton... but I associate 69 or below as failing

70% average is what it takes to not have to write the final exams in my school.. but in the states you need a friggen 70 just to pass... if i lived in the states i'd be the oldest kid in grade 3

Maybe your school system is just easier? I mean like the smart kids are the ones getting 85's and stuff.... the average kids are getting like 75-84 and the really smart ones.. the ones that dont watch TV or have much friends or do anything fun.... get like 98's but you guys are getting like 100's.. whatever

Of course their tests are easier. It wouldn't be fair and realistic if it wasn't.

There's no way in hell that I'm going to take 4 years of math. Colleges can kiss my ass... I hate math and I refuse to take more than what's required.
Same with science.. if you wantto get into college, they recommend that you take a full year of either Chemistry or Physics -- screw that. I hated both Chemistry and Physics, they both sucked, so I'm not going to take the full year course if I hated the hafe year preview of it. It's not required, so screw it. I'm stuck taking biology next year, but that's required, and it should be a pretty cool course, plus I dropped from A level to B level, so I should be all set.
The only thing that I'm doing that the colleges recommend is taking 4 years of English (required) and I'm planning to take 4 years of Spanish, and I want to get into Honors Spanish 4, because I plan to major in Spanish when I'm in college.

Andromida is right. Math is pretty important...Hey, I'm not best with Math but I'm going to take it for probably 3-4 years. I'm only taking Spanish for 2 years. I hate Spanish class

If you want to go into computers then all the colleges require it... If you don't take 4 years your screwed or have to take then again in college... it's better to take it in High School that way you get it out of the way and accomplish your goals faster.

hahahaha... what a joke.. i just did a math examm... it was multiple choice.. the whole thing.. we get an hour and a half to do 28 multiple choice questions.. woot.. well i passed that.. no summer school for math...
Ummm... i also just realized something.. since that exam is worth 30% of my grade and theres 28 questions... each question is worth more than one % of my grade..

My math final was similar to that too. It was a 50 question multiple choice. We could use notes, book, anything(except your neighbor ) Plus, if we did the 3 extra credit assignments, they were worth an extra 20% But he never told us our grade since we started taking it 2nd to the last day of school. And everyone got finished on the last day. But I guess I could call the school if I realllly needed to know. But alas, I didn't pass math, but I don't care too much, I've already gotten the 2 year min. But I passed every class except it. English was a liiitle close (60% to be exact), but meh, at least I passed
