I was referring to the "few games" part of your post. For someone who spent so much money on your XBox, you sure do seem to love to hate it, and I'm not just referring to what you wrote in this post alone. Some might think you bought one for the sole reason that it gives you an valid excuse to criticize it.

I'd be interested in hearing how "few" XBox games you'll have come Christmas time.

All I can do is laugh at you. When ever did I say I 'hated' the Xbox? I don't know how anyone can 'hate' an object. If I don't hate people, how can I really hate an object?

It may have been a criticism, but it wasn't 'intentional', and I didn't know anyone would see it as a 'shot' towards the Xbox.

Look, everyone has a 'different' taste in games, so I can't be 'interested' in every game you are. I'm not going to lie and say I'm interested in a lot of games for the Xbox.

I would buy a game 'I' am interested in for the Xbox, and unfortnately (

) I'm not interested in as many games as you are. As it stands, I will be buying the following for the Xbox:

Project Ego (Fable)
BC
Halo 2
Maybe Splinter Cell
Maybe UC (if it's atleast as good as UT2...)
Panzer Dragoon.

That is on top of Halo and JSRF.

Please don't shove a list of Xbox games in my face which 'you' are interested in , because Bond has kindly shown me a list before (which i actually appreciated).

Who knows, maybe in time more games that are suited to my taste will appear on the Xbox.

listen man, you're a good person and a great poster and I respect you an all that, but you gotta lose the act...you didn't have to say "only one of the few games I'll be getting for my Xbox...you could have just said "I will definately be getting this game for my XBox" but no...

it's quite obvious...I mean, there's nothing wrong with being a fanboy as long as you don't blatantly bash other systems or games and praise Nintendo in a sickening way, WHICH YOU DON'T...but stop pretending like you have just as much an open mind towards the XBox and PS2 as you do the Gamecube.

This is a forum after all isn't it? A place to voice your opinions. I wouldn't go as far as to say I'm a fanboy, if a preferrence towards Nintendo 'games' is being a fanboy, then so be it. From what I understand, a fanboy is a person who is totally oblivious to the facts concerning other consoles, not to mention a pure, non identifiable and childish hatred towards other consoles. A fanboy is also someone who likes the console more than the games on it.

I'm not going to use the 'I have all three consoles' to prove that I 'do' have an open mind. If an open mind to you means liking all three consoles equally, then i can't agree with you there. By searching for information on each consoles, I do admit the GameCube interested me the most.

If you were to ask me to rate the catalogue of games for each system at the moment, the PS2 would be first in no uncertain temrs, with either the GC or the Xbox 2nd or third 'based on peoples tastes, as both systems have brilliant games that appeal to different sorts.

If you were to ask me, based on the information at hand, to rate each consoles catalogue of games at the end of this generation, I would pick the GC, followed very closely by the PS2, and the Xbox at third.

So, I consider my self to be open minded, and not a fanboy, but someone who, based on his own opinion, happens to like a certain consoles catalogue of games/future games moreso than that of the other consoles. And I am 100% sure that basically everyone prefers the games on one system more than the games on another.

I assure you I'm not putting any sort of act on. If you think otherwise, it doesn't really bother me.

Oh and Bond, I had no intention whatsoever in turning this into an argument. I merely stated my interest in the game, and asked whether or not it would support the keyboard and mosue that is being released for the Xbox.

I'm glad Bungie isn't just making Halo 1.5, and trying to get it out as soon as deadly possible. Bungie is using a completely new game engine built from scratch (supposedly an unimaginable engine before now), and it definitely shows in these screenshots...

When is this "trailer" gonna be available to the public!!??

Shadow, you're "even handed" fakery is as thin and translucent as Saran Wrap. It appears to be obvious to everyone except for you. This is the last I will say about this on this thread.

I don't think it was just one little thing, I think it was more of a build up of things. But like gekko, I'm staying out of this one.

Also, Nine Inch Nail, I don't think the media is allowed to show the trailer of Halo 2 nor release it to the public. All we get is screen shots.

Null, as I pointed out in an earlier post, this was not just in reaction to one comment he made on this thread. He has made repeated snide and biased comments while trying to convince everyone that he really cares or doesn't care about every console equally. It has grown tiresome.

He can post whatever opinion he wants, and so can I. It is my opinion that he is full of crap and I call them as I see them. I always have since I first joined this site. I am an XBox fan, and I have never pretended to be anything else since I joined this forum. I have nothing against the other consoles, but I prefer my XBox. I don't go around forums spreading negativity and bias while pretending to be completely benign. This is my issue with Shadow and I will express this whenever I feel it is warranted.

And I don't believe I used the term fanboy even once...
